Beat is a defiant runaway who does what he wants, when he wants. Nobody really knows where he came from or when he showed up. Nevertheless, Beat rules the streets he calls home through violence and fear, always two steps ahead.

Despite being a more solitary individual, Beat has his finger one the pulse of all of Kaerushima, almost everything that happens he knows about. A pin drops and Beat will be aware of it, but that doesn’t mean he’ll be too keen on telling you. Despite not having many immediate allies, Beat owns the streets of Daikigen thanks to his reputation as a cold and stubborn fear-monger who isn’t afraid of getting his hands dirty.
